Had an oil leak on my 2019 Denali that only has 63,000 on it. Didnt have a leak, brought it in for an oil change. Then had a leak.. Cost $2000 to repair. And the technician didn't bother to check the oil level (since obviously it had been leaking) to make sure it was at the appropriate level. Thank goodness I checked myself and had to add 3 quarts of oil. I have always brought my truck to you for service and bought my truck from you. Poor customer service, poor attention to details, you should take care of your loyal customers better

I’ve been waiting for this! 1. Service was reluctant to return my phone calls / and was unable to adequately update me on the status of my vehicle. 2. My father is receiving these push notifications when he is not the primary signee on this lease. 3. On several occasions, I have serviced my vehicle and it has been given back to me without any paperwork or service records. One time particularly my car was in service for a month and received no service record at the time of discharge. Completely unprofessional. I then had to chase down the service attendant for a couple days there after sometimes weeks to receive my documentation. 4. On several occasions, I entered service and was not greeted or asked if i need any help upon arrival. 5. On paper work I have received, primary contact info and cell phones numbers listed have been incorrect. 6. There is never an adequate amount of loaner vehicles. My car has been serviced 4 times with the same engine transmission issue and the expectation is i will drop my car off and be with out a vehicle for the time being. Completely irrational.

I bring in 2021 Colorado with engine light on and it said cylinder 2 next day they call and say engine light is off and we can’t fix it but I had to pay $250 for it I asked if they checked anything and they said no. I said you saw it said cylinder 2 miss fire they called engineer and they said might be faulty wire but no one looked said if engine light comes back on bring it in. It’s a disgrace to pay that much n be told can’t do anything to help!!!!

I had a 7:40 appointment for an oil change and inspection. I sat in the non-air conditioned waiting room for 2 hours. No complimentary water or any concern for people waiting in the heat. I also do not understand why my window was not cleaned before the new inspection sticker was placed on it. The blue from the last sticker is all over my window and the new one was placed right on top. Looks very unprofessional. I know this will be overlooked and ignored, just like when I reached out to ask if my next lease can have a lower payment because my payment on a teacher salary is brutal. No response!

My sales guy Jesus Gomez was great. Had a few issues with the dealership: the “dealer price” on the Chevrolet.com website was incorrect, the manager told me there was a glitch - I’m not so sure about that. Then, when slreviewing the lease contract, the monthly payment was higher than agreed. I was told there was a mistake and he corrected it. Then I was told I need to pay for the first month’s lease extra. I showed him in the breakdown of the initial sheet that the first payment was included in my initial payment (cap reduction, fees, etc and first months payment). Quite a few “mistakes”. But, at the end of it all, I did get a great deal b/w all the incentives and a dealer discount (which was much smaller than what the listing on Chevrolet.com said), so overall I’m happy. Had I not had the initial signed order sheet with me (actually a lot hoot if it), I would have wound up with higher payments (and an extra monthly payment), so that leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Separately, I’ll have to bring the car back to the service department to get the rear license plate holder installed, which they neglected to do during the pre-delivery prep (they did install the front one).

Apparently I had a lug nut that could not be removed properly. Instead of letting me know prior to remove it, i was told around an hour into the process. What ever they did the rim is now damaged in the lug nut socket and looks awful. I feel i should have been informed about the issue and told that it would do damage to the wheel to remove the lug nut. When i asked to see which wheel the lug nut was stuck the service rep showed me the wrong wheel and i did not see the damage until i got home after the dealer was closed.

I really liked the prices and I received a fair value for my trade. My salesperson was very likeable but I felt he could have been more informative. He never covered numbers with me, it was the finance office who worked the deal. The finance guy should probably keep his political and negative views toward LGTB to himself. If it weren't for the good price, I would have walked away. The detail shop sprayer my wheels with a shiny coating that ended up so over the side of the new truck. It's oily and I'm having trouble getting it all off. I opened the tailgate storage to find a cockroach (alive and to fast for me to kill), so I'm hopeful that's the only one. I am very happy with the truck and the overall experience was fine. The salesman wasn't pushy at all and I would call Maurice again if I was in the market, just don't want to work with the finance guy again.

They were very busy and did not make any promises but I dropped the car off at 9:15 am, they called me at 11 am with the problem, price and said they have the parts. I picked the car up at 4 pm that day and cannot be more satisfied with the results. I want to say a very big thank you to Phillip Hernandez who could not have been anymore professional or courteous to me through the whole process. Driving around the parking lot was an absolute nightmare. There was barely any room to fit just to try and make it to the service line. Too long of a wait for an oil change even with an appointment. The only reason I come to your dealership is your service advisors (who are friendly and knowledgeable). If they leave then so do I. Make space to at least drive on the lot. Also, no car washes anymore???? With the amount of money we spend you would think that courtesy was the least that could be done. Absolutely not an experience I was looking forward to.

Most of my experience with Bomnin was great. I found a truck that was perfect at a good price. The only two hiccups were these. 1. I got a final price on the truck I wanted and when I sat down to finalize the deal two days later, it went up $2000. I was told a rebate expired but was given no warning the days prior about that. Wit the information about the expiring rebate, I would have come in to finalize the deal earlier. Rich did the right thing and got back to the original number but the delay bothered me quite a bit. 2. When I sat down with the finance dep. he wanted me to change the terms of the loan. I was very clear on wanting a 48 month loan at 4.99%. We asked me to change it to a 72 month loan. That change would cost me quite a bit more money. He told me I could take the 72 month loan and pay it off in 48 months and that would save me money, this was false. This change would have cost me $1200 more in the life of the loan. The fact that he was steering me to a costlier loan did not feel very good. Again, the salesman was nice, the finance guy was nice, and most of the experience was good. The 2 things that happened definitely put a damper on the process.

We were looking to replace the van we have now. After extensive shopping, we came across your website with vans in the price range we wanted, with one in particular. We made an appt with Randy to see the van. Upon arrival, we asked for Randy but we were handed over to Maurice. We gave him the stock number of the vehicle we were interested in, based on the vehicles’ description on the website. Maurice looked it up and informed us there was a bin package installed which considerably raised the price. He informed us most of the vans had this package installed. This information was not on their website. Maurice was diligent in checking the stock to find us a van that matched our criteria as close as possible. He was very pleasant and worked with us without a lot of haggling. He was able to meet our figure and we bought a van that would suit our needs. If you are interested in a vehicle there, definitely ask for Maurice. He was very upfront and honest with us during the whole deal. We give him 5 thumbs up.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have to say that making the appointment was great, your new service staff was fantastic, the service was quick. I asked the service rep if they would check the tire pressure and they said yes, however it was not done. I am wondering if they check the wiper fluid and others. Also when it was Grand Prize, they used to wash the car when returning it. I am not sure if this is standard with your company. I also had to remove the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat myself.

Walked away ultimately very Disappointed. Found this 2025 Traverse online, spoke with Charlie in Internet Sales, which got me in the door of the dealership. Had an appointment at 6pm and was not immediately greeted. Finally had a salesman, Maurice, start process of seeing car after nearly six minutes. I said I wanted to look at the three (3) 2025 Traverse (1 cloth, 2 evo) on the lot. My wife test drove one with evo. I asked about the the other evo and was told by Maurice it was sold already. I checked my phone and it was still online on the Bomnin website. I asked Maurice about price for evo my wife drove, if there was any wiggle room than what was already listed with a dealer discount of $4,700. Maurice said there wasnt. I mentioned my wife was an educator and if there was $500 discount. Maurice said there wasnt. I mentioned I was buying a Chevy after having a Hyundai to see if there was a discount of appreciation for coming to chevy. Nothing. Maurice asked if I was military, I said I wasnt, but was a defense contractor and the military was my customer. Again I asked Maurice if there was wiggle room with price, he said no. All I was looking for was $500 of wiggle room. As it turns out, 12 hours after I bought the Traverse, my VIN number was removed from website, indicating the vehicle was already sold. However, the remaining two 2025 Traverse I had mentioned were there on the website, with now an additional $1k off making the dealer discount $5,700. Maurice told me there was no wiggle room, but there appears to have been $1k of wiggle room. 12 hours later. After driving 3 hours to this dealership. I have friends and family just over the border in NJ as well as in the Nanuet area. I will share my utter disappointment about Bomnin Nanuet Dealership with all of them. The sale of the Traverse I purchased led to a potential future customer getting a better deal than me. I shared this with Maurice. I was even more disappointed that he secured nothing more in the form a rebate, given it was literally 12 hours later. Not even $250 or $500. Plenty of other dealers have done that to make this right. Bomnin did not.

Service personel are great, but very disappointed in the 2018 yukon they sold me, within 10 weeks of purchasing iy, a new battery had to be put in, the transmission had to be replaced, and a new starter, all of these within 2 weeks of eachother, I had to rent vehicles while they had it for those 3 separate repairs as they did not offer me a " loaner " vehicle. Dont understand how a dealership could sell a vehicle needing all these repairs. And I didnt even submit my rental invoices to them, which I feel is the least they could compensate me.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 8:30am. I asked them to look into a noise I was hearing from the front tires. When asked if I was dropping off or staying, I said I would stay and wait unless it was going to take a while. I was assured that they would let me know once they looked into the noise. After 2.5 hours, I was told that I needed front brakes (this was the noise), which would take another couple hours. When I questioned why it took so long to tell me this, I was told that my car was brought in late. What is the point of making an appointment for 830am if my car isnt going to be looked at for 2 hours.

Vehicle was not ready for pick up when called. In addition to waiting for the vehicle to be ready, I was returned a vehicle that was not safe to drive. The brake service on the dash was why the vehicle was in and became a safety issue where the brakes did not work properly when applied causing uneven response to brake application and pulling to one side. Extremely dissatisfied as this is the second visit the vehicle was in for and not completed after being returned.

I am very happy I chose Bomnin Chevy to purchase my vehicle even though the dealership is a one hour drive away from me. Jonathan and Richard from Nanuet were extremely helpful and warm. I had my two kids with me, and I explained that I cannot be here for hours. I wanted their best out the door price from and didn't want to play dealer games. I left the first day without a deal. The sales manager Richard and Jonathan reached back out to me and asked "What can we do to earn your business". I was very impressed with how Richard handled my disappointment from the previous week. We sorted out the details on the phone, Jonathan had all my paperwork ready for when I came in. I left the dealership with my new vehicle within half an hour. They heard me and I didn't have to repeat myself. They were especially kind to my two children, one of which has a disability so it makes public outings very difficult for us. Thank you very much to Richard and Jonathan. Thank you for making me feel heard and valued.

Everything was great in the servive department. Very friendly and helpful. I paid roughly $200 for an oil change/ tire rotation and when I got vehicle back there wasn’t one fingerprint on any of the wheels, center caps or lug nuts. Truck was dirty due to snow and rain. I touched all three to see that if they had been rotated, there would be evidence. They’d not been touched. Also tire pressure was EXACTLY what I had took photo of. 10 psi less in the rear

We lease a 2026 trailblazer and when we got home we had the wrong keys. The car would not start so we had to go back to the dealer and get the correct keys. When we got there the salesman had one set and couldn’t find the other set. The whole experience was a nightmare. Now I’m sitting waiting for them to make me another key which the salesman said it would take 10 minutes, an hour later I’m still waiting.
